3.Restrictions:
(A) Saturday only (Fields 1 & 2 only)
(B) 20 team limit
(C) ASA Sanctioned

4. Deposit of $200.00 due two weeks prior to tournament with remaining $150.00 due on day of tournament.
Cleaning deposit refunded if tournament area is cleaned up. Should your tournament not make, you will be charged
a $50.00 non-refundable holding fee. Should your tournament be rained out, we will work with you to reschedule
another tourney or refund your $200.00.

5. Any field dry or additional chalk that is used will be a $12 charge per bag and no more than 4 bags may be used.

6. Concession use:

(A) Park will furnish one cooler minimum for drinks/meats.
(B) Park will furnish ice.
(C) Park will furnish coffee pot, microwave, electric food warmer and chaffing dish
food warmer with safe heat.
(D) Park will furnish dish detergent and washcloths.
(E) Park will furnish grill.
(F) Park will furnish soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue in the restroom areas.
Any items in addition to the above, which are used, and/or missing, may result in additional charges.

7. Park personnel will prepare fields for play to begin the tournament, open the
concession stand, and open the breaker box for light controls access.

8. At the end of the tournament, the tournament director is responsible for:
(A) picking up trash in tournament area and placing in trash
(tournament area includes fields, building, parking lot,
and pavilion(s) used by team(s). All trash must be placed in the
large gray cans with wheels and taken to the parking lot for
trash pick up.
(B) turning off all lights inside buildings
(C) turning off all field lights
(D) cleaning both restrooms
(E) locking concession buildlnq and breaker box

9. Failure to follow the above Instructions may void your use of fields in the future.

10. Guin-Hayden Riley Park is a drug free, alcohol free, weapon free park. Violators
are subject to arrest/fines. Tournament directors are responsible for the
behavior of teams/individuals at the tournament.

I have read and agree to abide by the above policy. I understand that violation of the policy may
void my use of the fields in the future.
