• Parties may be booked through park office or Waterpark supervisor only.
  
  
• Reservation form (enclosed) must be returned no later than two weeks prior to party.
  
  
• $200.00 for a 2 hour party for 90 swimmers or less, with reservation form. DEPOSITS FOR RENTAL FOR 2-HOUR PARTY: $100.00.
  
  
• $225.00 for a 2 hour party for 90 swimmers or MORE, with reservation form. DEPOSITS FOR RENTAL FOR 2-HOUR PARTY: $100.00.
  
  
• $400.00 for a 4 hour party for 90 swimmers or less, with reservation form. DEPOSITS FOR RENTAL FOR 2-HOUR PARTY: $200.00.
  
  
• $425.00 for a 4 hour party for 90 swimmers or MORE, with reservation form. DEPOSITS FOR RENTAL FOR 2-HOUR PARTY: $200.00.
  
  Checks should be made out to: Guin Park and Recreation.
  
  
• A party is subject to immediate cancellation without notice if reservation form and deposit not received two weeks or more prior to party.
  
• Parties cancelled for reasons other than bad weather or death/sickness within two weeks of party forfeit their deposit. Rental privileges may also be lost for one year.

Waterpark pary rental Hours

Daily:  
5:30 – 7:30pm
7:45 – 9:45pm
10:00pm – 12:00am

Rentals available 7 nights per week. Waterpark rental includes pools and slides.  
Neither pools nor slides may be rented separately.

• If bad weather is in forecast for our area, water park supervisor will call contact person listed on reservation form on day of party.
  
• Once a party begins, lifeguards will let party continue unless lightening is sighted or heavy rainfall, which limits lifeguard view of swimmers in water. If lightening is sighted, all pools are cleared and will remain clear until 15 minutes pass without lightning being sighted. This time out of the water does count toward party time. Renter assumes this risk once he/she agrees to hold a party knowing bad weather is in forecast.
  
  Refunds are available in the following situations:
• A party which is completely cancelled due to bad weather will be refunded their deposit.
  
• A 2-hour party, which ends before one hour is up will be refunded one-half of the total rental fee. A party, which goes past one hour, is not entitled to a refund.
  
• A 4-hour party, which ends before one hour is up will be refunded two-thirds of the total rental fee.
  
• A 4-hour party, which ends before two hours are up will be refunded one-third of the total rental fee.
  
• A party which goes past four hours is not entitled to a refund.
  

All refunds will be made by check and mailed on next business day following party. Lifeguards are not able to access money for immediate refund.
